Thank you Pinehurst Elementary for inviting Destination Imagination to be part of this fun-filled day for the students on Friday, September 27th.

Destination Imagination volunteers planned 4 different activity stations. Classes were divided into teams and each team solved some Instant Challenges; building a weight bearing bridge, performing non-verbally, building a tall tower, and moving balls without touching them. The students learned about the Character attributes of Creativity and Resourcefulness while also learning to work together in teams. Character Day was a wonderful event and NYDI was pleased to take part!
