REMINDERS:

 

If you are participating in our Western Regional Tournament you MUST  contact Dee as soon as possible with your TEAM REGISTRATION the form was included in the December Newsletter and is on line at http://nydi.org/11_12_02news.pdf  Memberships in the Eastern and Central Regions should contact their Regional Director and make sure their team is registered for their tournament!

 

 

If you are participating in our Western Regional Tournament and you want to put a TEAM CHEER ads  into our Tournament program book the deadline for submission of ads in 2/22/03.  For more information on Team Cheer Ads check on our website at December Newsletter at  http://nydi.org/11_12_02news.pdf   Team Cheer Ads for the State Tournament program booklet will be accepted until March 15, 2003.

 

 

Wonderful items will be on sale at each of the regional tournaments in New York.  This year we will be selling Challenge Pins and 2003 NY Pins at regional tournaments.  To see our new 2003 NY Trading pins go to http://nydi.org/pinarchive.htm  Watch the New York Website for information regarding the exciting items and prices!

 

 

You should be checking for Clarifications at least weekly at this point in the season and remember that the deadline (2/15/03) for asking Clarification questions is fast approaching – if you were waiting to the last minute to ask something do it now!  In order to check for current Clarifications please go to http://destinationimagination.org/challenge-program/clarifications  

 

You need a COMPLETE passport number in order to ask for a Clarification!  In order to get a COMPLETE passport number you must register your teams!  Please check out the Step-by-step directions for registering your teams article found on our website at http://nydi.org/DIONline3.htm 

 

 

The Tournament Travel Guide for Teams is now available at : http://nydi.org/TravelGuide.pdf  Your team should read this document so they know what to expect when they get to their tournament.
