- If you want to see a performance, you want to see THIS TEAM. The audio soundtrack kept us on the edge of our seats, the storytelling was compelling and filled with suspense. We loved how they used time limits as part of their storytelling which kept the audience enraptured. Not only this, but their costumes and bioluminescent demonstration really showed their scientific knowledge. The transformation of the set from a backdrop to a box created an immersive experience for the audience – between the costumes and soundtrack and storytelling, we felt like we were in outer space!

- We were so impressed with this team’s ability to comfort their other team members when they had technical difficulties in their performance. They made sure that all team members were included when talking to the appraisers and encouraged each other. They had amazing props and powered through even when there were power problems with their Great Red Spot. Things don’t always go as planned, but the support you showed your teammates is admirable!

- This team showed one of best science demonstrations we’ve seen! They had a fully functional hydraulic arm that was incorporated in their story SO effectively. The team was also able to effectively explain this concept both during their performance and to the appraisers, showing they really learned about hydraulics. The different syringes on the system all made the arm move different directions and it is easy to say the appraisers were WOWED!
