By-laws of NYDI

The BY-LAWS OF DESTINATION IMAGINATION OF NEW YORK, INC. are the rules by which NYDI regulates itself, as allowed within the provisions of New York’s Not-For-Profit Corporation Law (N-PCL) and section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code.

Our by-laws were most recently revised in September, 2011.
